Primstar-2 Create Steps

With steps it becomes really easy to get the basic shape for all sort of stairs and roofs.

U Faces (Default=8): Range [3, ...] Number of faces along the step surface (remind, the number is influebnced by the number of subdivision levels)
V Faces (Default=8): Range [1, ...] Each 2 V-faces make one entirely new step.
Flatten ends (Default=checked): If checked, then the steps get closed on the sides (see image above).
