We provide a few options for you to support you as quick as possible. However we need your help to get our task done more efficiently:

Please provide enough information so that we can understand your problem. Then we usually will solve your issue instead of asking back for more information.

How to get quick answers

Prepare your blend file!
Here is a list of what we generally need from you:

  • A short description of what you try to do
  • Product version (name of the installed zip file)
  • Blender version
  • Operating system
  • A well prepared demo .blend file. (see right side)
  • For secured .blend files please provide the password
  • Upload your .blend files to http://pasteall.org/blend
  • Upload your screenshots to http://pasteall.org/pic

Below you find the locations where you can ask your questions.

 Before you upload your blend file please pack all texture data into the blend file as follows:

File -> External data -> Pack into blend file

Prepare your file such that we only need one click to get to your problem and tell us which click it is! You may provide a screenshot if you can not explain with words.

HINT: Instead of uploading to pasteall.org you also can use our Forums to provide the information (see below)

For first and quick aid we provide 2 free support chat groups in Second Life:

Here you will usually get quick answers provided by more experienced users.

Forums

 One to one Support
We provide a support Forum. Please note that you can only participate in the Forum after you have registered to this Blog.

Please always provide a demo blend file. Take care to cut down your problem as much as you can. At best create a small demo blend file with only a few objects, just enough to show the problem.

 If you have purchased one of our products (Jass-Pro/Magic, Avastar or Primstar) then you always can create a notecard and send it to our support team. We will take care of it as soon as possible. The list of our legitimate supporters is:

Hint: If we do not answer after a short time, please feel free to remind us via IM. But you also can help us to solve your problem faster. See above for a checklist what you should provide.

Other Services

  
In general we try to help as much as possible but sometimes a support question turns out to get very time consuming. This happens mostly when we get into education. If that happens we might need to handle your request differently. In most cases we will offer to create some sort of general help like a new Video tutorial or a new Document in the reference documentation. Please be patient with us as our team is small.

Problem Fixing

If you want, we can fix the problem for you. In that case we will charge 1000 L$ for each 15 minutes of work.

If your problem is a bug

If we find that your problem is related to a bug in the Software, we will not charge you anything.

    yes i got the free Jass version from your Island im going threw a Blender book From Elenora and i dont see what she has on one of them which is in Render>Quick Bake Sculpts Meshes or Render>Setup and bake sculpt mesh’s all i have is Render>Bake Sculpt Meshes nothing more, so i trying to figure out what is wrong i have the others things listed in her test but those files
